MICYL MEDS Return & Replacement Policy
At MICYL MEDS, we are committed to ensuring that every product you order meets your expectations. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. While we strive for perfect deliveries, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise.
If You Receive an Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Order:

Notify MICYL MEDS Customer Support immediately or within 10 working days of receiving your order to ensure prompt resolution.

Orders reported after 10 working days will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. Notify our delivery partner immediately and inform our customer support team.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements:
We gladly accept returns or replacements if:

You received item(s) that do not match your order.

Item(s) were damaged during transit or shortage occurred (in such cases, delivery may be refused at the doorstep).

Item(s) have an expiry date within 3 months from delivery.
Note: Replacement of damaged items is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in original manufacturer packaging with labels, barcodes, and seals intact.

Only completely unused strips/bottles can be returned.

Batch number of the returned product must match the sales invoice.

The original sales invoice must be submitted for return or refund processing.
Products That Cannot Be Returned:

Partially used strips or opened bottles.

Products requiring specific storage conditions (temperature-sensitive items such as vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc.).

Products expired after purchase.

Repeated return requests for the same product/order.

Additionally, MICYL MEDS reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for products explicitly marked on the product page as:
"Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
Additional Points for Customer Confidence:

Returns and refunds are processed quickly, usually within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
