1. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver medicines only within India. We aim to ensure timely delivery across all serviced cities.


2. DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free delivery for orders above ₹999.

  • Delivery charges for other orders are nominal and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Charges may vary for specific locations and will always be informed before confirmation.


3. ORDERING BY EMAIL

  • Make a list of the medicines you wish to order and upload your prescription.

  • Email the list to micylmeds.com with your full address and pin code.

  • We will verify the medicines available for your location and confirm via email or call.

  • Prescription medicines must be accompanied by a scan or a clear photo of the prescription. Orders cannot be processed without it.


4. SERVICE DAYS & TIME

  • You can place orders 24×7 via our website or app.

  • We process and deliver orders 7 days a week.

  • In case of any delay, our agent will inform you on priority.

5. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

  • Nominate a neighbor or someone you trust to receive your order.

  • Ensure they have the payment amount if cash on delivery is chosen.


6. IF MY ORDER CANNOT BE SERVICED

  • We make every effort to fulfill all orders at your convenience.

  • If we cannot deliver, the cost will be refunded as store credit to your WALLET account.


7. PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Cash on delivery (handed to our service partner)


8. EDITING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

  • Orders can be edited or cancelled before shipment.

  • Prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a qualified medical practitioner.

  • Upload during order placement or email later with your order ID.

  • All medicines are genuine, high-quality, and within expiry dates.


13. ORDER PROCESSING

Step 1: Upload prescription
Step 2: Pharmacist reviews and digitizes prescription
Step 3: Select medicines, quantities, and payment mode
Step 4: Partner pharmacy delivers your order

Note: Order confirmation shows approximate value. Final invoice is generated by the pharmacy. Payment is collected post-invoicing.


14. CHECKING MEDICINE AVAILABILITY

  • Price and stock may change in real time.

  • We strive to provide accurate availability, but final confirmation is provided post verification.


15. CONFIRMATION TIMING

  • Prescription verification and digitization must occur before you confirm the order.


16. GENERIC SUBSTITUTES

  • Allowed only if the doctor writes the generic name in the prescription.

  • Track your order via SMS and email updates at each stage.


18. MEDICINE PRICE CHANGES

  • Prices vary due to geography, batch, distributor, and daily regulation changes.

  • Our platform ensures transparency so you pay the correct price.

  • Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours in serviced cities.

  • Remote areas may take longer; you will be notified in advance.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Credits added to your Wallet account can be used for future purchases.
